Effective October 2026
AngeleSelegna Cleaning Services («we», «us») respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through ansecleaningservices.com, how we use it and how we protect it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, book a cleaning or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, your home size and any details you write in the form. When you book online we also collect the street address, ZIP code and the date and arrival time you choose. When you refer a friend, we collect your friend’s name, phone or email and city, which you confirm they agreed to share. We contact them only about a quote. When you request a gift certificate, we also collect the name of the person receiving the gift, their city and any message you write for the certificate. We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or door, gate or alarm codes through this website.

We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors use our website and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and collect technical information such as pages visited, device and approximate location. They do not receive the details you type in our forms. You can limit this tracking with your browser privacy settings or ad preferences. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond and provide service, and client records as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
