Our Story

Your home, held in good hands

AngeleSelegna Cleaning Services was founded in 2023 by Margarita Lituma. Originally from Ecuador, Margarita has been cleaning homes since 2021. She built her reputation one home at a time, with careful work, honesty and a lot of heart, and in 2023 she turned that work into her own company.

Her promise is simple: to care for every home as if she were holding it in her own hands. That promise became our logo. Two hands hold a house, with a broom and a few sparkles for the clean that follows.

Today Margarita leads a team that cleans houses, townhomes, condos and apartments in 13 cities, from Seattle and Bellevue to Mercer Island, Renton and Federal Way. Every team member is background-checked and trained in-house by Margarita, follows the same written checklist, and on recurring visits we send the same team so they learn your home.

We know that letting someone into your home takes trust. That is why we are licensed and insured, why we arrive with all our own supplies, and why we offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If something is not right, tell us and we come back.

We also work with realtors and property managers on move-in and move-out cleaning, coordinating access and timing so homes are ready for showings, inspections and new tenants.
