Kitchen
- Inside the oven and racks
- Inside the refrigerator and freezer
- Inside cabinets and drawers
- Range hood and filter
- Sink, faucet and backsplash
- Floors, including under appliances
Bathrooms
- Toilet base and behind the toilet
- Shower glass and grout
- Inside vanity drawers
- Mirrors and fixtures
- Exhaust fan cover
- Floors and baseboards
Every room
Wipe baseboards, door frames, light switches and window sills. Vacuum closets and remove nail holes or marks if your lease requires it.
